HPR Shades of Green is currently in its early sub-structure phase, and site clearance, earthwork, and foundation footing are underway. Boundary fencing is complete, and a scale model of the 4 BHK villa is on display at the on-site sales office. Full villa construction and amenities will begin from 10th Aug, 2026 onwards.

What Will Begin Shortly

These major works are scheduled to start in the coming months, as construction moves past the foundation stage:

Super-structure work for all 83 villas, including RCC framing and masonry
Internal roads connecting each villa block
Clubhouse and amenity construction, including the pool and sports zone
Doors, windows, and basic electrical and plumbing work

Construction Timeline: Start to Finish

Start date: 1 August 2026, when the earthwork and site levelling started.
Sub-structure completion: Expected by August 2027, covering the foundation and the plinth work.
Super-structure completion: Expected by mid-2029, covering the villa framing, plastering, and the fittings.
Final finishing: Runs from mid-2030 to July 2031, covering the landscaping and the elevation work.
End date: 31 July 2031, marking the construction completion.
